E-shop
Running an e-shop requires fast and accurate order dispatch. FulWMS handles peaks and growing order volumes without chaos. The system sorts and groups orders according to strategies, suggests the shortest picking route and automatically prepares labels and handover data for carriers, including handover protocols. Manual rewriting, wrong addresses and delays disappear. FulWMS supports multiple e-shops in one warehouse and separates stock and processes for each sales channel. Accurate handling of multi-item shipments ensures a clear status of every item. A typical situation: 600 orders arrive in the morning, the system groups them by items and the picker goes straight to what they need without searching. Dispatch runs fast, accurately and without stress even under heavy load.

FulWMS lets you add custom fields (attributes) to tasks and substocks. You define each field including its name, data type (text, number, percentage, yes/no) and area of use. This way you can track specific parameters, notes, internal statuses or any other information important for your operation.
Home screen configuration
You can customise the home screen with advanced filtering and sorting for both mobile and desktop.
FulWMS allows each role and user to customise their home screen according to their preferences—including advanced filtering, sorting, grouping and selecting specific task types. The view can be configured separately for mobile devices and desktop, and the system remembers these settings and automatically loads them for the device currently in use. This allows you to create your own working overview, for example for ’Free tasks’, ’Pending orders’, ’Ready to dispatch’, ’Stock-takes’ or ’My new tasks’. Each user can adapt the screen to real-life operations—whether they are a picker, packing operator or warehouse manager.

FulWMS provides easy integration with external applications through a fully featured REST API. This supports automation of all key warehouse functions—from receiving and issuing to stock-takes. With broad access to system functions, you can automate almost any process. The FulWMS team will take care of the implementation—you only need to provide a specification or documentation for the data connection. FulWMS can be easily connected to an ERP system, e-shop or carriers—the API can handle complete operation automation.

FulWMS provides access to stock levels and warehouse value history as of any date in the past. This feature offers a detailed overview of changes in the warehouse and stock values over time, making warehouse analysis and control easier.

FulWMS includes a warehouse map feature that optimises routes for picking goods. This reduces the time needed to process orders and increases efficiency in the warehouse.
Merging similar orders
Merges similar orders into groups for faster picking and higher efficiency.
FulWMS makes it possible to merge similar orders or dispatches into dispatch groups, which streamlines warehouse work and saves time on picking and packing. The system offers four predefined grouping strategies with the option of further configuration according to specific needs.
Reports
Provides shipment and stock reports for easier management and cost analysis.
FulWMS offers advanced reports that allow you to track stock levels, item locations and the progress and history of individual shipments. Thanks to clear exports and direct display of purchase prices, you can efficiently analyse costs, optimise inventory and plan operations. The system distinguishes two main reporting areas—shipments and stock status—which can be further filtered by type, period or specific parameters.
Virtual warehouse parts (substocks)
Allows you to manage virtual parts of the warehouse for efficient use of space.
FulWMS enables efficient management of virtual parts of the warehouse with their own configuration, which is ideal for storing goods for multiple entities at once. This maximises the use of storage space without the need to create separate physical sections for each customer. The feature is optional and can be customised to specific needs.
Carrier labels and shipment tracking
Supports label creation, shipment tracking and data validation for many carriers.
FulWMS allows you to create and print labels for shipments, including data validation (address, ZIP code, weight) even before picking starts. This significantly reduces errors when handing parcels over to carriers. Shipments can be tracked directly in the system—including delivery status, errors or returns (if the carrier supports tracking). This includes, for example, Balíkovna, DPD, GLS, PPL, Zásilkovna and Allegro One. FulWMS can also generate handover protocols and supports creating your own company labels. New carriers can be added via API integration.
Data import and export
Provides flexible tools for importing and exporting data without using an API, including templates and column mapping.
FulWMS offers a configurable interface for importing and exporting data that works even without an API. Imports support mapping columns to the system’s internal structure, which increases accuracy and eliminates errors. You can create your own templates for repeated imports and exports—ideal for accounting, e-shops or cooperation with warehousing partners. The feature brings high flexibility and saves time when working with data.
Item condition (quality)
Allows you to track items by different conditions, such as new, returned or damaged.
FulWMS lets you record stock items not only as flawless new pieces but also as returned, damaged or other specific types of goods. Users can define these statuses according to their needs, enabling more accurate inventory control and quality assessment. This feature is useful, for example, for marking goods returned by customers, clearance items, test sets or claims. The system thus supports a higher level of control and transparency regarding what type of goods is stored where and in what condition.
